Bring your logo or custom design to life on my 25oz Frosted Tumblers w/ Bamboo Lid + Straw! These tumblers are handmade by me using sublimation as a result, colors may vary slightly from the listing pictures because of the printing process. NOT Dishwasher safe. HANDWASH ONLY
Please continue reading below for the order process.
1. You must have a high-resolution VECTOR FILE for your logo/design (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF)
2. Email your logo/design for order approval to HighRangeTrading@gmail.com and include any notes regarding size/placement of design. The standard would be centered on the tumbler and about 4 inches wide.
3. Turnaround time is 2-4 weeks
Other notes:
- Bulk Customs are offered only in multiples of 6 (aka each case pack has 6 tumblers)

I am a one-woman shop and most items are handmade. I do NOT accept returns so please reach out with questions PRIOR to placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not for shop credit.
Shipping Policy
I am not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file a claim with the post office or shipping carrier. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure it's entered correctly. If entered wrong, please contact me as soon as you can. Applicable fees for additional shipping may apply.
